Summary:

Research confirms that culture is one of the key differentiators between the average, good or great and world-class organizations. A high-performance culture is an imperative to achieving world-class productivity and business results.

Culture is often misunderstood and its influence undervalued. Often described as “the way we do things around here”, it is seldom considered in the context of what things must (or must not) be done.
